Good burritos. Tater tots for the potatoes add a little crunch to your burrito.

Burritos are just ok. Sometimes the black beans are still hard. Sometimes they run out of hash browns. And sometimes I see them let in customers without masks during the pandemic. Better than a fast food restaurant and not as good as Chipotle, which is hard for me to say because I don't usually like big corporate restaurants. I am surprised because the first time I came here 4 years ago, it was really good. So yeah, it's good enough.

We found this place with google and we liked the food. It was fresh and tasty.

Rice and beans are always hard AF. Won't eat there again until they make some changes!

Great food, most of the time. I've been here maybe 5 times and only once has the food been anything less than great. This is one of the few restaurants in Canyon that I would consider taking out-of-towners to.

Great price, great food, from 1 to 10.. I give it an 8. My reason is because we need one in Amarillo.

Not bad

We have ate here 2 times now. Food is amazing as always. Service not so great either time. No hellos no thank you no nothing not even a half smile. Not so sure why the ladies are so miserable, but maybe its time for new faces.

Burritos are very good very big and full of delisousness but should be cheaper. Its about the same as going to qdoba or chipotle i should have just gone to chipotle then lol

Good and fast. Was craving chipotle but pony express was the next best thing....highly recommend the roasted salsa

Great food and good prices. Clean dinning room and friendly servers. I like the way you can order you're burrito. Something like subway. Great Flavors! Have to try the smoked dipping sauce! Chips and queso so good. Worth driving a 2 mile from I-27 during your road trip to visit.

Delicious!! I was able to put together a scrumptious Keto bowl! My husband loved his beef brisket burrito! We both agreed they should sell their brisket by the pound, so amazing!

Was there today had some good reviews so ehh okay. Well ordered steak and chicken...steak made as ordered so fresh..right? Yeah so tough could not get it accomplished so I thought at least dog treats out the deal...yeah nope not even the dog(s!) would eat it either. So thinking better stick to places with "Oh My God!" reviews and not just "it'll do till I have to.. well poo" type places. Funniest thing their "potatoes" were alphabet frozen tator tots crumbled up!😟Thanks no thanks

Delicious food, the gentleman in the morning gives great customer service! I’ve become a usual at this place. The one thing is the new hires don’t seem to care about customer service, I try to go during the day and not the night time.

They have lots of options, but after a while you just get tired of Burritos !!!!

This has never happened to my friend before, but she stated that the employees working today were awful to her and seemed very annoyed that she showed up to get dinner. Furthermore, when she requested an order of chips and queso the employees were very rude telling her that it would be a wait. The wait isn't the problem it was their issue with her even ordering it in the first place. Very unusual service, Pony's is usually very nice but today the employees were awful.

Used to be good because the help was good - the girl currently there is to lazy to do her job. They are open 3 more hours & rather than make a little more of ingredients they are out of - she just says it is gone when it runs out. Come at breakfast. Huh? Ingredients do not say breakfast only. Mad that I drove there.

Food was cold, queso wasn't fully melted, chips we're stale. Found hair in my food.

Great food. Similar to Sharkys and Freebirds. Very friendly/helpful staff. Only issue was the size of the seating area. Definitely would recommend!
